Christmas Dinner 2009
This year the Christmas Dinner is on Saturday 12th December, 6:30 for 7:00pm start.

The venue is West Hove Golf Club and here are some directions on how to get there.

The cost is £25 per person. Please either send a cheque, made payable to Horton GC, to Tony Standing, 39 Hills Road, Steyning, West Sussex, BN44 3QG, or pay cash to any committee member of your choice.

Second Course
1. Traditional Christmas Turkey & Trimmings
2. Sirloin Steak Forestiere with Red Wine and Wild Mushrooms
3. Supreme of Chicken Stuffed with Spinach & Ricotta Cheese Wrapped in Bacon with Marchand Sauce
4. Fillets of Sole with Prawn & Crab Farce On a bed of Spinach with Van Blanc Sauce
5. Pork Escalope with Apple & Calvados Sauce
6. Vegetarian Dish of the Day

Third Course
1. Fresh Fruit Pavlovas
2. Christmas Pudding and Cream
3. Profiteroles filled with Praline Chantilly & Hot Chocolate Sauce
4. Exotic Fruit Salad served Amaretta Biscuits
5. Cheese & Biscuits
