Minutes of Meeting - November 2009
Minutes of the committee meeting held on Tuesday 3rd November 2009.

Present: Tony Standing, Phil Osborne, Martin Gasson, Jack Simpson, Martin Tooth, Mark Harris, Albert Stillwell, Chris Charlton.

Apology: Gill Standing.

1. Gas cylinder cage pending.
2. Repairs to machine shed wall started.
3. Club House decorating is in progress.
4. Albert showed samples of polo and sweat shirts, sale list to go on notice board, cost £10 and £13 respectively.
5. Score cards to be ordered.
6. Batteries for generator purchased by Chris.
7. Path from 2nd green to 12th tee constructed.
8. Coring and top dressing in the Spring.
9. Steel Post Box fitted in Clubhouse.
10. Clubhouse lighting being investigated.
11. No disco at Christmas dinner. Phil to arrange music via DVD’s.
12. Christmas Dinner details sent to members. Martin T to get raffle tickets and prizes.
13. Good financial report from Jack.
14. Additional tees for over 75’s discussed but no support.
15. Martin G to purchase a 2outlet compressor and bits for circa £200.
16. Bench seat in Clubhouse pending, but floor strengthening needs attention, investigate first.
17. Albert discussed position for changing room, more info required.
18. Albert discussed lobby in front of toilet area.
19. Trophies to be moved to opposite wall.
20. Brown wall panelling NOT to be decorated.
21. Rates letter handed to Martin T for action.
22. NO temp tee on the 10th, check out making the 10th tee wider.
23. Look at converting the Atco to a tees mower.
24. Winter Rules start on Sunday, notice on board.
