Minutes of Meeting - August 2011

Minutes of the committee meeting held on 2nd August 2011. Apologies: Martin Tooth, Anne Collins, Gill and Tony Standing, Mark Harris. Present: Martin Gasson, Chris Charlton, Albert Stillwell, Jack Simpson, Paul Allison, Jon Robinson. 1. Good feed back on BN5 advert for membership. 2. With only 10 players for the away match with Waterhall we lost 3.5 to 2.5 points. 3. Work has started on the new industrial units and they are forming our new access road. 4. Jon will investigate likely numbers for the Sussex junior Competition. 5. Request for Martin T to put a notice on the board asking members to finish playing golf by Mid day on the Junior Competition day ( 28th August). 6. Financial report distributed and agreed. Next meeting 7.30pm on 6th September 2011.
